Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LOXE . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. |All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

LOXE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




LOXE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 15 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from LOXE.  
The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

Returns cost will be deducted from your refund amount in case of home collection.

Special Conditions 

Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

  • Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.

  • Underwear: underwear items may not be exchanged or returned except for tops, bodysuits and vests from the Kids’ section kept in their original packaging.

  • Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.

  • Fragrances and candles: must be returned in the same packaging and in original condition.

  • Watches: Can only be returned via home return option and it must be sent in its original condition.

  • Cosmetics: must be returned by home collection with the original sealed packaging.

  • LOXE HOME items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and in its original condition.

  • Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.

  • Special packaging and additional accessories: items sent with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories.

  • Magazines: They cannot be returned.
